We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products in food manufacturing.
Daily routine activities , consisting of:
- Monitoring food safety controls
- Verification , filing and archiving of paperwork.
- Internal testing program for environmental swabs and finished product
- Document control of factory documents
- Daily taste panels
- Internal audits: GMP, Foreign body etc
- Assisting in non-conformance investigations and customer complaints
Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance processes and procedures
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and implementation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
