Job Title: Foot-Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Central London (Zones 1 & 2)
Salary: £41,000 per annum

About the Role
We’re hiring a Foot-Mobile Engineer with an Electrical Bias to support a major facilities management (FM) client within Central London’s Zones 1 & 2. This role will involve Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance for multiple commercial buildings. If you are an experienced, electrically biased engineer with the qualifications and expertise to keep systems running smoothly, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PPM and reactive maintenance with a focus on electrical systems in commercial facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, especially in electrical systems, to maintain high operational standards.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
- Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring excellent on-site service.
Requirements
- Electrical Bias: Proven experience with a strong focus on electrical systems.
- Qualifications: Must have either 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, and Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds (C&G) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- Competency in general building services, with some knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety practices.
