Are you an ambitious, motivated and dedicated Home Manager looking to take your career to the next level?  We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead our 60-bedded home in Camden, London, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to delivering exceptional specialist care and nursing services.

As a key leader in our home, you will work closely with the local community, GPs, and professionals to create a care environment that empowers residents to lead fulfilling lives. Our commitment to high-quality nursing and care is grounded in our core values: Wellness, Happiness, and Kindness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authentic Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to consistently provide outstanding care.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC and NMC guidelines.
  • Resource Management: Optimise the use of resources to maintain financial performance and high occupancy levels.
  • Empowerment: Foster improvement, independence, and choice for all service users.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead a culture of continuous quality enhancement, guided by clinical governance principles.

What We’re Looking For:

  • QCF Level 5 or equivalent
  • A strong role model who is approachable and maintains a visible presence within the team.
  • A commitment to upholding the company vision: "To provide the quality of care we would want for our loved ones."
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving key performance indicators.
  • A thorough understanding of statutory obligations and legislation, including health and safety standards.
