This outstanding school is seeking a passionate and innovative Food Technologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a critical role in developing new food products, enhancing existing formulations, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and taste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and reformulate food products to meet customer and market demands.
• Conduct research on new ingredients and technologies to drive product innovation.
• Manage product trials, from the bench to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and quality assurance, to bring new products to market.
• Monitor food safety regulations and ensure all products comply with food safety standards and industry regulations.
• Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements in taste, texture, and nutritional content.
• Maintain accurate records of product development processes and outcomes.
• Stay updated on food trends and emerging technologies to ensure our product line remains competitive and appealing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in product development and/or food manufacturing, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about food innovation, with a keen sense of taste and creativity.
