Construction/Residential


We are working with a based construction company who are looking for an Administrator to join their Business.

Role, duties and responsibilities

-Dealing with client queries and issues
-Coordinating work with the trades teams and sub contractors
-Reporting to Aftercare Manager
-Ensuring defective work is logged and reported in accordance with SLAs
-Attend client meetings
-Along with Manager sign off completed defects ready for invoicing
-Working with sub contractors to coordinate site attendance
-Construction experience preferred not essential
-Ability to work to deadlines
-Excellent organisational skills
-Computer literate
-Efficient with excel
-Logging reports
