The Role: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Merchandising Assistant for a fixed-term contract until June 2025. This role is primarily remote, with a requirement to work three days a week from our office in Kemble. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient merchandising processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate data in range lists and purchase orders.
• Input orders and allocation settings into our resource planning system.
• Support the Assistant Merchandiser with trading allocations.
• Oversee the logistics process, including booking deliveries, liaising with suppliers, and managing warehouse queries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Merchandising Assistant with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with effective prioritization abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
