Role Overview

As a Site Operative, you will play a key role in the installation and fitting of steel structures, including balustrades and other architectural elements. You will work closely with our site teams to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fitting and installing steel structures, including balustrades, handrails, and other architectural elements on-site.
• Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborating with site teams to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Assisting with the preparation and organization of materials and tools for installation tasks.
• Contributing to a safe and tidy work environment by following all safety protocols.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.
• Early finish on Fridays.
• Optional overtime available for those interested in additional hours.

Requirements

• CSCS Card: Must hold a valid CSCS card to access construction sites.
• Experience: Proven experience in fitting steel structures, specifically balustrades and similar elements.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and safety in all tasks performed.
