Are you a passionate and dedicated Health and Social Care teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team at a secondary school in Salford, teaching both GCSE and BTEC Health and Social Care. This is a full-time, immediate start position offering the opportunity to inspire and motivate students to excel in this vital and rewarding subject area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Health and Social Care at GCSE and BTEC levels.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and achievement.
* Plan and assess lessons, track student progress, and provide feedback to help students reach their full potential.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and school to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Support students with their personal and academic development, offering guidance on coursework, exams, and career pathways in health and social care.

We are looking for someone who:

* Holds a relevant degree or qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
* Has a strong understanding of the GCSE and BTEC Health and Social Care curricula.
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or is working towards it (NQT applications welcome).
* Is passionate about teaching and committed to helping students succeed.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
* Is able to create engaging, differentiated learning experiences to meet the diverse needs of students.
