Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care for children in nursery settings, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Work as part of a team to support the daily running of the nursery.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting (minimum 1 year preferred).
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Flexibility and reliability to work on a supply basis across different days and settings.
