CONTRACT Change Lead
Length: 6 months
Day rate: Circa £500 Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid working with 2 days a week in a Camden office (applicants must be based in the UK without sponsorship or visa requirements)
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for transforming businesses? Our client, a dynamic scale-up consultancy, is on a mission to rescue companies struggling with their digital journeys.
With an ambitious multi-level change initiative in the pipelines, they're looking for an agile and experienced Change Lead with retail experience to help headline adoption as the business shifts from an archaic CRM system to a new platform which will enable hyper personalisation
As a key player in shaping their future, you’ll need a strategic mindset as well as an in-depth understanding of personalised marketing capabilities and marketing platform roll outs in retail environments.
Key skills needed:
- Training design
- Facilitation
- Communications planning
- Engagement strategy
- Roll-out planning
- Tracking and monitoring teams’ development / movement to using the platform
