Are you dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs? An established secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is searching for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from November. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys in a positive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with SEN in their learning and development.
  • Assist in promoting a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Work with teachers and the SEN Coordinator to deliver tailored support plans.
  • Build and maintain positive connections with students, staff, and families.
  • Help guide students' academic progress and social development.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
  • A strong interest in SEN education and helping students succeed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A patient, flexible, and positive outlook.
