Are you an experienced Sales Support professional with over 1 year of experience? Interested in joining a dynamic sales team serving the needs of top UK brands? You will be working in a fun but-hardworking environment where everyone gets on and pulls together to get things done, you will ideally have a love of technology and desire to learn the ropes and ambition to move up within the business
Things you’ll be doing
- Work alongside the sales team to manage the daily activities and keep all systems up to date.
- Preparation and sending of quotes.
- Answering customer enquiries on the phone, through Freshdesk and across social channels
- Taking orders at the Click and Collect counter
- Liaising with other areas of the business to feedback on issues
- Analysis and reporting.
Skills we need
- 1/2+ years in a customer facing or administration role.
- Well organised with a great attention to detail.
- Great with customers, handling all enquiries with a positive attitude and sharing valuable customer feedback with the relevant teams.
- Data collecting and creating excel spreadsheets.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Someone who can prioritise and is well organised.
