Power BI Developer – Tech for Good – Fully Remote

I’m working with a small but growing Health-Tech company who are looking to bring in an experienced Power BI Developer to work on greenfield projects to make sense of all the data they generate for clients.  They currently have a limited reporting function and are looking for someone to take ownership of the data they generate, re-use business logic and create insightful reports.  This is a new role to work on greenfield projects so will be an exciting opportunity for an experienced BI Developer.  

They are looking for someone who is experienced enough to own it, can spot issues before they happen and knows how to use automation wherever possible. 
You will be:
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions.
• Your primary focus will be on creating compelling and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI, integrating data from various sources. 
To be considered you will:

• Have strong skills in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and report authoring.
• Have proven experience in creating dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
• Proficiency in data modelling, SQL query writing, and optimization
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, particularly with Azure.
• Experience of working in a highly regulated environment such as healthcare would be beneficial but is not essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a small business. 

Location: UK - Fully remote – Remote first company - typically 2x meetups per year.

Salary: £50,000 + flexible working + 25 days holiday

Duration: Permanent
