Roodsafe Limited continues to grow and we are now looking for a Graduate to join our Civil Graduate Programme in our Nottingham office. We are looking to recruit a graduate into our Civil Height Safety and Structural Media Engineering team. What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate Civil Engineer with Roodsafe, you will be involved with a range of projects including outdoor media, new build, commercial, residential and industrial where you will produce, and assist in managing the production of designs and drawings in accordance with the project requirements, as well as signing off inspection reports, site visits for visual structural inspection of media boards, land board, digital , opportunity to get involved in works in the UAE and KSA

1. Supporting the Senior Engineers in the technical delivery of projects.
2. Attending and contributing to project/client meetings and undertaking site inspections as required.
3. Conducting activities and producing outputs in line with relevant legislation and industry standards.
4. Completing designs based on guidance from the Line Manager, applying sound technical knowledge relevant to the role.
5. CAD/ modelling work.

Who we’re looking for
To be considered for our graduate programme you will need to have achieved or be on course to completing a relevant degree in Civil Engineering (start date January 2025). We expect you to be driven towards a career as an Engineer and also show enthusiasm and commitment to succeed and work well as part of a small hands on office

Our closing date for graduate applications is Friday 3rd December 2024. There could be a possibility that we close earlier if we have a substantial volume of applications. This interview will be the opportunity for you to showcase your relevant skills and suitability for the role, but also to ask any questions on how the teamwork and what to expect in the role day to day.

Starting Salary £24,000 plus bonus and overtime

Company vehicle (driving licence a must have)

20 days paid holiday plus all bank holidays paid

Based in Nottingham Office, with travel and the odd night away all expenses covered

Potential travel to the Middle East and UEA for works, contract duration only not permanent

Working at height will be required, full training and PPE provided (afraid of heights? not the job for you)
