Part 2 Architectural Assistant

A distinguished architecture and interior design studio, acclaimed for its seamless blend of classic and modern styles, is looking to welcome a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to its Bath team. With a reputation for crafting bespoke, high-quality designs across luxury residential, heritage, and hospitality projects, the studio seeks an enthusiastic individual passionate about detail and committed to innovative design solutions.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant should have sufficient experience post qualification and will work closely with a collaborative team of designers, project managers, and technical experts. You'll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and will ideally have a vibrant portfolio.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Experience working through the planning stages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Liaise with clients to prepare design drawings
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Prepare applications, design and access statements, and design reviews
  • Present designs to clients
  • Proficient using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe and Photoshop
  • Must live locally to Bath
