• Shifts Available: Flexible block bookings, including days, nights, and weekends
• Setting: Combination of a 26-bed residential home and 30 independent flats
• Role: Provide quality care and support to residents, encouraging independence and enhancing their quality of life

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities and personal care for residents in the residential home.
• Provide light support and assistance to individuals in independent flats, promoting their independence.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and work collaboratively with team members.
• Follow care plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 months Previous experience in a care or support role is  essential.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including block bookings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
