OFFICE ADMINISTARTOR
We are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to work for our client who are in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR:
- Administrator duties, such as using Microsoft Packages.
- You will be working alongside the Sales and Production teams.
- Assisting in making sure procedures are followed and recorded as work to ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
- This role will include some Health and Safety work.
- Will also include some Marketing and other general types of other Administration work.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computing skills with Word Excel and other Microsoft Packages.
- An insight into HR would be an advantage but not desirable.
THE HOURS:
This role is an Immediate Start.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Friday 8:30am - 2pm
The total hours are 37.5 per week.
THE PAY:
You will earn an hourly rate between £12.50 - £13.50 per hour.
