Active Recruitment are working with an Outstanding mainstream Primary school in East London, who are seeking a full time Year 3 Teacher to start in January 2025 on a temp to perm basis. The school are ideally looking for an experienced Primary Teacher with recent experience in teaching lower Key stage 2.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Year 3 Teacher:

• Plan and teach well-structured lessons following the school curriculum
• To plan lessons and activities to meet pupils individual learning needs
• To use a range of appropriate strategies and follow school policies for teaching, behaviour management and classroom management
• Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress and achievement of pupils
• Adapt teaching and lessons to meet the needs of all students
• Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
