Resourcing Group is working in partnership with a maintenance contractor based in the South West of England. They specialise in carrying out retrofit works in people's homes and offer upgrades, improving the energy efficiency with in the properties.

They have 3 areas of expertise:

Solar

Air Source Heat Pumps

Cavity Wall Insulation

This particular role is being created due to expansion and work volumes, dictating that a geographical split is required to support the delivery of works and offer a consistent level of service that their customers are in need of.

The role involves managing and overseeing the ASHP teams and projects as well as the programme of works across the South West, supported by a network of colleagues based in different offices able to schedule work and ensure that your job is enabling you to work smarter and not harder. The position is very client facing, offering variety and will need someone with experience and knowledge of building regulations as well as previous experience on the tools, operating as a heating/gas engineer to really fully understand the job technically and to it's fullest.

A van and fuel card, or a car allowance in addition to the basic salary is on offer.
