NonStop is recruiting Social Workers to join our Leaving Care Team (Supporting Independence Team), based within our Permanency Hub. If you have experience working with looked-after children, teenagers, and young adults, we want to hear from you!

As a Social Worker in the Leaving Care Team (Supporting Independence Team), you will:

  • Work with looked-after young people aged 15 to 25, supporting them through the care planning and pathway planning processes.
  • Help develop and strengthen independent living skills to empower young people to thrive once they leave care.
  • Build positive, open, and honest relationships with young people, families, and partner agencies to create tailored solutions and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Undertake assessments, including pathway planning, to ensure the young person's needs are met as they transition to independence.

They offer excellent supervision and manageable caseloads, working alongside stable teams of experienced social workers and permanent established Team Managers. Free parking in all our localities, access to all in house training and development to support CPD.
