About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Maths Teacher to work in a 'Good' school. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, helping students develop a strong understanding of mathematics, and fostering a positive learning environment. This is a full and long term role, with competitive daily rates with the opportunity to start as soon as possible or to be extended for a start date in January.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Track and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to promote improvement.
  • Maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A passion for engaging and inspiring students of all abilities.
Requirements

To be considered for the role of Maths Teacher you will:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths, with experience teaching at secondary school level.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools in Coventry
  • A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
