An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Registered Manager, overseeing a Brand-new Residential Children's Home in Bexhill-on-Sea.
Job Description
• Monday to Friday
• 40hrs per week (overtime available)
• Performance-related bonus (up to £10,000)
• Pension scheme
• Up to £50,000 per annum
• Professional training and development
• Ongoing career progression

• You will be leading the opening of a brand new home supporting young people with EBD.

• Comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding principles and practices.

• Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People
• Experience working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs
