Are you Senior Finance Assistant, looking for a one-year fixed term contract starting in January 2025?

As the Senior Finance Assistant, you will be an integral part of the finance team providing crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and ability to work closely with the senior team and directors.

The Role:

• Managing and processing supplier payment runs efficiently and sending client invoices.
• Following up on outstanding client payments.
• Posting invoices in using Sage
• Verifying and recording client payments received.
• Reconciling orders through the Veeqo platform.
• Managing and maintaining trade accounts.
• Handling and sending invoices for Dubai-based clients.
• Tracking employee holiday requests and balances
• Reviewing and reimbursing employee expenses

This role is suitable for an individual which has proven experience and has a finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, AAT, ATT) and is looking for a 1 year contract which will not be extended.
