Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher on a part-time basis, teaching from Monday to Wednesday, starting in November 2024 in Cirencester. The successful candidate will be responsible for full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and marking.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons.
• Develop lesson plans tailored to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students.
• Provide targeted support and interventions to help students achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental and school-wide activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
