XCL Group are working with a longstanding client with offices based throughout the UK for an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. They are leading designers and are looking for experienced managers to look after sites throughout the Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Analysing and designs and technical drawings to prepare accurate estimations for new projects across the company.
• Continuously reviewing quotations to ensure that prices are maintained and up to date.
• Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure that all details and technical designs are catered for throughout the estimating process.
• Preparing new contracts ready for approval and completion to be passed on to the next stage of the construction process.
• Where possible getting the best prices from suppliers to achieve a more competitive quotation.
• Working closely with the rest of the commercial team.

Job Requirements

• Must have past experience in an Estimator role.
• Ideally worked on fit-out / Retail / Commercial projects previously.
• Own transport would be required for this role.
