Would you like to be part of a team that takes products from design and all the way through to final manufacture? We are looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer who will be responsible for supporting and managing the introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing.

You will drive next-level manufacturing processes from concept to production. You’ll assess new project requirements, perform DFM/DFA, and refine processes to deliver quality results, all while keeping efficiency and safety in focus. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, mentoring others and optimizing everything from the ground up.

You will be working on high tech electro-mechanical products that have a huge benefit to peoples loves.

Experience/Skills:

- Degree educated in a relevant discipline (i.e. mechanical engineering)

- Strong experience with industry-standard practices for design, development, and production processes

- Experience in a highly regulated environment (i.e. aerospace, defence, medical, automotive etc.)

- Tooling/fixture design experience

- Design for Manufacture

- Experience with process control techniques/tools and improvement techniques

- Proficiency with CAD (ideally SolidWorks)

- Good analytical skills

- Some managerial experience would be highly beneficial
