Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing

18 Recruitment is working with a a leading Social Housing Main Contractor to recruit for a Repairs Supervisor for repairs contract in Liverpool.
Duties;
- To provide day to day, on site supervision of works carried out
- Ensuring all contract KPI targets are met
- Specifying of void properties
- Monitoring progress of the contract to ensure the completed works are correct and to the agreed standard
- Monitoring quality, safety and environment and promote a safety culture within the business
- Managing / liaising with a team of Supervisors, Administrators and Resident Liaison Officers to ensure contractual expectations are met along with responsibility for recruitment retention, training and development of employees
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high quality standard
- To complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required
- Working as an integral team member as well as a mentor and coach to apprentices and colleagues
Qualifications/Experience
- Reactive maintenance supervisory experience
Salary is dependant on experience.
Full driving licence will be required as will be travelling from location to location.
Company van is included for this role.
