Facilities Manager (Hard Services) - Washington

Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced Hard FM Manager to join a world leading facilities management company, based at their client's site in Washington to oversea the operations and smooth running of the Hard Services.
- Salary: £45,000, Permanent
- Working Hours: Full time, 40hrs
- Benefits: Flexible working environment, access to training programmes, Max 10% performance bonus
What you'll do:
- Manage the delivery of services to meet agreed specifications and service standards, both qualitatively and financially
- Coordinate and direct activities across all service lines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the client organisation
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective stock and asset control
- Lead, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high standards of service delivery
What you bring:
- Proven experience managing a team to deliver high-quality service
- Excellent client and customer relationship management skills
- Strong background in Technical and Hard Services.
- IT literate and financially astute
- IOSH Managing Safely certification
