A long-standing, profitable architectural practice is seeking a motivated CDM Consultant who has a passion for Health & Safety. They are known for its detail-oriented, projects you will not be getting bored here! They work locally so you will not be travelling far for site inspections.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to oversee your projects independently, with the added benefit of flexible hybrid work options, giving you more time to spend on life!

The CDM Consultant Role

In the role of Principal Designer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, serving as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You'll work in close collaboration with a skilled team of CDM and Architects which they have in-house.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

• NEBOSH Construction (required)
• Tech IOSH (minimum)
• APS membership (preferred)
• Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
