Major Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Team Manager to join our prestigious client based in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established and growing company that are now seeking a strong sales manager to lead a team of sales representatives and drive new business.

The ideal candidate MUST have a background in Team management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives effectively. You will also be responsible for coaching them on effective strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Services Sales team, coaching them on effective strategies and creating a culture of hard work and success
• Motivate and develop a team of Sales Representatives effectively.
• Prepare regular reports to senior management on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Recruit, train and mentor new team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
• Utilise and manage the CRM system to track sales metrics, individual performances and optimise sales processes.
• Be responsible for individual, collective and divisional targets.

Requirements:

• 1+ years in Team Management experience is preferred, but experienced senior sales representatives wanting progression are welcome
• Driven to hit targets and inspire your team to achieve the same.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage team performance, budgets, and workload efficiently.
• An enthusiastic, positive motivator who can build resilience and strong relationships in a dynamic environment
