CNC Operator
My client seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and products. You should have a strong understanding of CNC machinery and be able to work with precision to ensure the accuracy of the final products.
The Role
- Set and operate CNC vertical and horizontal twin pallet mills
- CNC Lathes using Fanuc control system
- Check parts are correct using measuring equipment
- Working with team to ensure paperwork is kept up to date
- Set and operate manual miling, turning and grinding machines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience setting and operating CNC Lathes and Mills
- Ability to set and operate CNC Machines
- Know how to read and interpret drawings is essential
- Use of micrometres, verniers and gauges to inspect parts
Package
- Salary £36,500 per annum
- Premium overtime rates
- Early Friday finish
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
