Are you a Registered Nurse with a qualification in Occupational Health, and looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a new service in Hampshire?

Connect2Socialwork are looking for a Clinical Lead to be responsible for the day to day running, managing and leading the team of the OH provision.

This role is mostly office based at one location, but with travel around Hampshire for meetings as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential: Registered nurse with a specialist qualification in occupational health and on Part 3 of the NMC register.

Essential: Experience of delivering an effective occupational service.

Essential: Experience managing a team

Understanding of business needs and contract management.

Commercial awareness

Strong people management skills.

Experience of managing teams of professionals.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, persuading and motivating.

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Evidence of continued professional development.

Ideally have own transport

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

• Salary: £54 539 - £61 124 (DOE)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working
