Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will play a key role in shaping our clients' success by delivering tailored training solutions and conducting asset audits.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive training on printing, copying, scanning, and managed print services to clients.
- Conduct audits and training both online (via Zoom/Teams) and in-person at client sites.
- Tailor training plans to meet the unique needs of each client, offering on-site, remote, or documented options.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and execute customised training and audit plans.
