Information Security Risk Manager

Salary - €60k + Strong Package

Location - Lisbon (Hybrid working pattern)

I'm working with a multinational BioPharmaceutical giant who are looking for an experienced Information Security Risk Manager as they embark on a major Information Security Transformation, with the goal of building one of the most robust and advanced Information Security capabilities worldwide.

Reporting into the Global Head of Information Security, this is a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining their Information Security Risk Management program, ensuring their infrastructure and assets are adequately secured and processes are in place to safeguard against potential future security related risks.

This is one of the most exciting Security buildouts in Europe, working under one of the most esteemed Security leadership teams with more investment than I've seen in a long time - into both their capability but also their staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the organisations Information Security Risk Management program, ensuring it's aligned with the wider Risk Management frameworks in place.
• Lead on the planning and execution of continuous risk management assessments and identifying areas for improvement.
• Work with wider Security teams to proactively identify advanced security risks and exposures and advise on solutions to mitigate future security risks.
• Work with wider Risk Management functions to maintain the company's integrated control framework, which includes requirements from NIST, CSF, COBIT, etc.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Information Security Risk Management and LEADING in the establishing and maintenance of a security risk management program.
• In-depth knowledge of Information Security Risk Management frameworks and their adoption into wider Risk Management strategies.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business risks.
