  • Act as a conduit between employees and the management team, providing feedback and insights to enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing, and engagement.
  • Partner with the management team to continuously improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain compliant with employment laws and best practises.
  • Work closely with trade unions and employee representatives, fostering positive relationships and effectively managing any collective bargaining processes.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practises, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with trade unions and employee representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be joining a progressive and inclusive organisation that values teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the company and contribute to the development of its people.
