An opportunity to join a growing housing developer in Kent to work on a range of new build housing averaging around 50 units per plot across Kent, Sussex and the surrounding areas.

Reporting into the Technical Manager as a technical coordinator, you’ll support the construction of new build housing across a range of schemes.The company have their own house types being developed for certain sites from 2026. Generally their site types differ from site to site. They also work on conversion and Grade 2 listed works with some commercial space.

They have an interesting mix and their technical team work closely with their land development so it is a different vibe than you get at a PLC where it is the same, day in day out.

Day-to-day, duties would include coordinating design components and being able to control planning condition trackers, Liaising with external design consultants such architects, structural engineers and building control surveyors, Liaising with sub contractors with design responsibilities, dealing with planning condition discharge and working with Planning / Land and Construction Divisions. 

The company have growth plans for the next 5 years, with the desire to double their current turnover by 2030 to take the number of units built per year to 500.
