Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working alongside a forward thinking medical technology business on their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Based in their London office, this Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business and will focus on attracting the best talent in the Data Science, Research & Development and Software Engineering space as well as sourcing for more scientific roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand the needs of their business areas
  • Play a pivotal role in the fast growth and scale-up of this start-up business
  • Build a network and attract the best talent within the Data Science, R&D and Software Engineering space
  • Accountability for the resourcing of the best talent for your business areas
  • Ensure that all accountable vacancies are filled to the highest standard, on time and within budget
  • Building a professional network with External Professionals and Peers
  • Act as a key focal point for recruitment at a senior level
  • Preliminary screening and vetting of prospective candidates
  • Onboarding new colleagues
  • Aftercare of new starters once the onboarding process is complete
  • Lead on any Talent Acquisition based projects


Requirements:

  • Either in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting in the Data Science or Software Engineering / Technology space
  • Familiarity with all hiring channels including technology, systems and platforms including social media
  • Full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and associated legislation
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment the ability to handle an everchanging workload
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
