Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working alongside a forward thinking medical technology business on their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Based in their London office, this Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in the growth of the business and will focus on attracting the best talent in the Data Science, Research & Development and Software Engineering space as well as sourcing for more scientific roles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand the needs of their business areas
- Play a pivotal role in the fast growth and scale-up of this start-up business
- Build a network and attract the best talent within the Data Science, R&D and Software Engineering space
- Accountability for the resourcing of the best talent for your business areas
- Ensure that all accountable vacancies are filled to the highest standard, on time and within budget
- Building a professional network with External Professionals and Peers
- Act as a key focal point for recruitment at a senior level
- Preliminary screening and vetting of prospective candidates
- Onboarding new colleagues
- Aftercare of new starters once the onboarding process is complete
- Lead on any Talent Acquisition based projects
Requirements:
- Either in-house or agency recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting in the Data Science or Software Engineering / Technology space
- Familiarity with all hiring channels including technology, systems and platforms including social media
- Full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and associated legislation
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment the ability to handle an everchanging workload
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
