Our Private Sector client is recruiting a HR Business Partner to join their HR team in Horsham/Brighton. You will be supporting with the general running of the HR function of 8 offices across the South East.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the following:

• Employee relations
• HR Advice
• Management of HR policies and procedures
• Reward and recognition
• Pay and benefits
• Wellbeing and mental health
• Performance management
• Coaching and mentoring

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience as a HR Business Partner/HR Manager within the private sector, professional services experience would be great, but not a deal breaker.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £50,000.
