My client is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate/Partner to join their team in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. The role will offer at least 2 days of remote working per week.

Role Overview:

The firm are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling clinical negligence cases and possess the skills necessary to progress from Solicitor to Associate and eventually to Partner level or currently be operating in an Associate or Partner role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to build strong cases.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
