Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

Salary – Up to £60,000 (Depending on Experience) + Car Allowance, Pension, Health Care

About the Role:

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their well-established business and commercial team.

You will be responsible for providing the business with Cost Management for assigned developments from Land Procurement to the completion of Final Accounts. You will be responsible for 2 residential build sites varying in size and build method, ranging in units.

•              Package procurement based on robust and thorough processes including;

•              General Contract Administration

•              Cost/ change control and monitoring

•              Cost reporting

•              Measurement, estimating, cost exercises and benchmarking

•              Working with the company’s bespoke Contract

•              Reviewing and assessing contractor competency

•              Assisting with monthly cost, project reporting and associated documentation

Candidate Requirements:

•              Must have a minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying experience

•              A minimum of HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying

•              Must have worked for a Residential Developer for at least 3 years

•              Must have residential build experience

•              Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty
