Our client are a carpentry & joinery fit out contractor based in Borough Green, they are looking for an experienced & established quantity surveyor to join their team.

Work along side Senior members of the team assisting with all Commercial aspects of a project from Tendering to Final Accounts.  Projects can vary in size and complexity anywhere between £100K - £5m.  The role includes Tendering and Estimating new Enquiries as well as Surveying, monitoring project progress, controlling costs and expenditure on live projects in order to maximize income and cashflow whilst maintaining good working relationships with Clients and Suppliers.

Required Competencies:

• Good organizational skills and able to work within project time constraints
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Excellent communication skills to be able to deal effectively with contractors, site staff, third party suppliers and client team
• Excellent motivational and teamwork skills, being able to work independently when required
• High level of integrity and drive for excellence

Good understanding of all Microsoft Office suite, High Level of Excel experience preferred
