CNC Recruitment is looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our prestigious client in Chard area - a recognised market leader in the frequency control market.
Duties:
- ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing
- ISO 14001:2015 internal auditing
- Raising and managing NCR/RMA cases
- Customer reporting
- Compiling and managing Supplier CARs
- Managing the AVL (Approved Vendors List)
- Ensuring our commitment to Continuous Improvement
- Assisting the QM with any reasonable requests
Skills:
Essential:
- ISO 9001:2015 qualified internal auditor
- ISO 14001:2015 qualified internal auditor
- Address and discuss audit issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- QA experience within a Manufacturing environment (SQE, QE or similar)
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
Desirable:
- Good communicator, both verbal and written
- Ability to update procedures and work instructions via ECC
- Team approach to problem-solving (8D) training given
- Able to work independently on internal projects
- Automotive/Aerospace background
- Self-motivated – able to work from own initiative and within a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Maximum 2 days/week hybrid working opportunity.
