The business are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Site Manager to join their dedicated team. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the construction of these residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Main Responsibilities -  Civil works, 278 works, landscaping, curbs, groundworks

• Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to budget.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of site managers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets the company’s rigorous standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site efficiently and effectively.
• Foster a positive, collaborative working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within residential construction, preferably in high-end or luxury housing.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
