They are a major visual communications group, specialising in the design, print and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials. Their aim is to innovate, progress and evolve their clients’ marketing campaigns to give stand-out in a crowded market.
Job Role
Our client is looking for a talented Creative Artworker to join their dedicated team located in Melksham, Wiltshire.
The role will be to effectively artwork a range of print-based projects using pre-existing templates. This includes a heavy focus on Point-of-Sale items for highly successful retail brands across the UK. The work can be fast paced and would suit somebody who enjoys working within a team environment and independently.
Please note this is a full-time office-based role. Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Be an integrated and valued member of the creative studio team.
- Display a positive ‘can do’ attitude and always deliver exceptional output.
- Work proactively under your own initiative and as part of their creative team to help create best in class POS.
- Work closely with the account teams to ensure all jobs are tackled without any issues in a timely manner.
- Be involved with creative production ensuring all designs and artworks adhere to relevant brand guidelines, are print ready and produced within agreed time frames.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working in a Creative Studio.
- Advanced Mac software knowledge.
- Adobe CC, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- An eye for detail with a strong understanding of design and typography.
- Comprehensive knowledge of print and artwork processes.
- Experience in working with Retail, POS and client work.
- Experience with Auto Artwork programs such as EasyCatalog, Data Merge or similar would be an advantage.
