Musk Process Services are part of the Edwin James Group, a leading independently owned property and infrastructure support services company delivering integrated building and facilities management services.  Our team of over 1000 people works for and with a diverse client base across public and private sectors.

We are currently recruiting strategically focused and ambitious reliability professional to develop our existing services to an industry leading level As the Head of Asset Management you will lead engineering specialists and be responsible for all reliability services within Musk Asset Care. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will part of the senior leadership team who will drive the overall growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the delivery of all reliability and asset management activities across our customer sites.
  • Delivery of Asset Care’s annual budget relating to reliability services.
  • Transform our asset management service offering.
  • Identify and introduce additional reliability services to both new and existing customers.
  • Enhance reliability services offering to increase tangible value to our customers.
  • Identify and deliver an orgainic growth strategy.
  • Leadership of all reliability services staff.
  • Ensure the reliability team is resourced at the right level with the right skills to deliver our range of services.
  • Ensure staff have development plans to increase their skills and provide a rewarding career path in their chosen discipline.

Skills and Experience

  • High Level of expertise in the following:- Asset Management, Plant Reliability, Condition Monitoring, Plant Maintenance, Lubrication and Energy & Compliance
  • Successful track record delivering process reliability and asset care improvements within at least one of the following industries:- Food and Drink Manufacturing, Life Sciences or FMCG / Industrial
  • A proven track record of leading and developing engineering or technical teams.
  • Successful delivery of financial budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven capability to identify and deliver value driven reliability solutions.
  • Strong evidence of capability to operate at a senior leadership level within a professional services business.
