We have a new opportunity for a permanent Site Engineer to join a major utilities contractor on a £100m project in Bristol.   Our client, a household name, is recruiting for a Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a technically challenging Civil Engineering project, involving FRC structures.  This is a great opportunity to join an employer of choice, who offers an attractive benefits package and working conditions.

As Site Engineer you will:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of setting-out on heavy civil engineering schemes.
• Use a robotic total station to provide leveling and surveying across the site.
• Check drawings and quantities, ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
• Comply with the site-specific health and safety protocols to ensure any health and safety concerns are identified and reported as necessary.

Our client requires a Site Engineer with:

• Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations.
• A good understating of construction health & safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.
• HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of AutoCAD

Salary and benefits include:

• £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Company car or car allowance
