Embedded Firmware Engineer
Cheltenham - Fully Office Based
£60,000 - £80,000 DOE

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Firmware Engineer to join a well-established company where you will work with cutting edge sensor technologies.

This company specialises in R&D of MEMS based sensor technologies. Due to continued growth within their industry, they are now looking for talented Firmware Engineers to help bring new products to market.

In this role you will develop embedded firmware working on new and existing projects to improve product functionality. You will participate in code reviews, basic testing and project planning in order to improve code functionality in line with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and excellent knowledge of Embedded C. You will have experience with IAR, Data Acquisition and Mathematical techniques (Fourier Transform, Std Deviation etc.). A background in Aerospace, Oil&Gas, Automotive or Military is desirable.

The Role:
*Develop embedded firmware working on new and existing projects to improve product functionality
*Participate in code reviews, basic testing and project planning
*Based onsite in Cheltenham

The Person:
*Excellent knowledge of Embedded C

*Background in Aerospace, Oil&Gas, Automotive or Military is desirable
*Must be commutable to Cheltenham or willing to relocate
