Rhubarb Recruitment is searching for a Head Chef for a busy all-day casual dining neighbourhood restaurant and bar, serving a popular brunch menu followed by lunch and dinner menus that offer locally sourced, seasonal modern British dishes in a relaxed casual dining environment, topped off with a fantastic cocktail menu. The company is privately owned and part of a small group of similar-style eateries in central London.

The Chef

We are looking for a Head Chef who will be able to successfully manage all aspects of a busy professional kitchen. We are open to considering candidates with strong Sous Chef experience and above. The restaurant is part of a small private group, and the kitchen operation is overseen by a group Executive Chef, available to support this Head Chef role when needed.

The business is a casual dining operation and so this Head Chef job would suit candidates with previous casual dining experience, for example, experience working in food-led pubs, catering businesses, hotel kitchens, or other non-exclusively fine dining operations.

The Package
