Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager required to join a leading global manufacturer of Electromechanical products and services.

The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager will be fully remote, responsible for selling and managing key accounts for mechanical power transmission products such as gearboxes, electric motors, gearmotors, gear units via distribution channels and OEM customers across the Home Counties (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire).

The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager will ideally have a good technical understanding of engineering principles such as Torque, Speed, Hydraulics, Fluid Mechanics, or similar engineering principles associated with gearboxes, gearmotors, electric motors, electric drives or similar.

• £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager Role

• Will be fully remote, responsible for selling and managing key accounts for mechanical power transmission products such as gearboxes, electric motors, gearmotors, gear units via distribution channels and OEM customers across the Home Counties (Herts, Beds, Bucks).
• Providing technical solution sales of gearboxes, gearmotors, electric motors, electric drives and more products associated within the mechanical power transmission sector.
• Selling in various engineering industries with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation to achieve targets.
• Liaise with various engineering departments.
• Fully remote, covering Home Counties (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire)

 
Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager Requirements

• Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Manager or similar within Engineering and / or Manufacturing.
• Good technical understanding of engineering principles such as Torque, Speed, Hydraulics, Fluid Mechanics, or similar engineering principles associated with gearboxes, gearmotors, electric motors, electric drives or similar.
• Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable company.
• A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
• Full clean driving license, willingness to travel.
